How it Works +

It’s easy to browse and shop for your favourite items on Jumping Jack! Here’s a brief outline of how it all works:

 

  • You can browse items using the filter in the shop find exactly what you are looking for. We have a huge selection of preloved baby, kids’ and maternity items with new items arriving every day! You can also shop our incredible collection of baby and kids outlet stock direct from suppliers!

 

  • Postage: We offer regular post ($10.95) or express post ($17.5) via Australia Post. We ship using either Australia Post or Sendle. We will aim to send your products within 1- 2 business days, however may require additional time during busy periods. We ship using compostable packaging or recycled boxes to help keep our earth beautiful.

 

  • At checkout you can choose to do so as a registered user or as a guest. You can checkout with:
    • PayPal
    • PayPal pay in 4
    • Afterpay
    • Credit Card (via stripe) or;
    • Google Pay/Apple Pay via expres checkout.

 

Please note if you choose to checkout as a guest you are unable to access the ‘My Account” section. In this case please contact us with any queries.

 

  • Jumping Jack will keep you in the loop via email with details of the transaction. You can also contact us at any time if you have any questions!

Create an Account +

You can create your Jumping Jack account but clicking here.

 

Once you have created a Jumping Jack account you will have access to the My Account Menu.  From here you can update your profile, view previous purchases, check your orders, listed products, responses to any of your product enquiries and a list of your favourite items.

 

After creating an account, you will receive confirmation from Jumping Jack via email. If you have not received this email within 30 minutes, please check your email junk/ spam folder as they can sneak in there sometimes! Also, don’t forget to add Jumping Jack to your contacts list so that you don’t miss any important emails (such as a message from the seller, or your product shipping information).

Quality Condition +

New with Tags - New with tags still attached of the same size or brand.

 

Like New - Like new conditions with no obvious signs of wash or wear.

 

Very Good - May have been washed or worn but has minimal signs of wear.

 

Good (slightly worn) - Has obviously been worn and may show some minor signs of being washed, minor marks, stains, fading, piling, fabric stretching or wear.

 

Well Loved - Has obviously been worn and has signs of being washed, has signs of minor marks, stains, fading, pilling, fabric stretching or wear.

Customer Support +

Most transactions go smoothly on Jumping Jack. Should a concern arise with one of your transactions, we have put together some guidance to help you resolve them easily.

 

  Item not received:

If your item hasn’t arrived yet, we recommend that you take the following steps:

 

If your item has not arrived within 19 days from the date of purchase, please contact us to let us know. To do this, go to the Contact Us Page on the Jumping Jack website.

 

If you do not receive an item, you may be entitled to a refund once communication with the Courier/Australia Post has been exhausted. 

 

  You are unhappy with your item:

Please get in contact within 5 days of receiving the item. To do this, go to the Contact Us Page on the Jumping Jack website and get in touch. You will need to provide additional details for us to take into consideration, such as a photograph to show us the condition of the item. Items cannot be altered or used, which includes washing or stain treatment. Secondhand items (even new with tags) may contain faults due to their used condition. We will endeavour to outline these in product descriptions, where possible. All sales of outlet stock are final unless faulty.

 

We may ask you to return the item to us using tracked mail (we will provide you with the address). Once we receive the item the full amount you paid will be returned to you. Depending on the outcome of our review, the we may also cover the cost of the return postage.
